***Payment and refunding
Accepted payment methodes are Paypal, Revolut, Ko-fi (Paypal option)Payments are to be done in 50/50 methode; 50% of total sum before sketch review, rest after recieved proof of finished product. I'll send heavily watermarked and low quality file to prove job done, you'll get full quality after payment completed.
Refunds in full before sketching starts. After sketch starts refunding is done based on progress level and my pricing sheet, for example: if you cancel order but lineart is done, you get refund minus lineart price.
After rendering starts I'll not refund.
With refund you'll recieve also whatever art has been done. I can finish art after recieving rest of agreed payment, but you can't have other artist finish art I have started.

Usage rights of commission art
Do not resell product. Full ownership rights and marketing rights are not included in base prices. With base prices YOU ARE allowed to
- use art for personal use such as print or other usable item (notebook, pillowcase, T-shirt etc.) as long as it's for personal use only.
- use art for non-commercial profile picture
- use art as reference to have other product made for personal use (example. fursuit reference)
YOU ARE NOT allowed to
- make prints or other products with art on them with the purpose of reselling them.
- use art for AI art, NFT or other digital reselling purpose
- use art for marketing purpose, including banners, thumbnails, commercial online profiles etc.FOR COMMERCIAL USE
please contact me if you need commercial art. Following charge increases are set for single pieces, if your need multiple pieces we can agree on compensation for art bulk. For limited use rights: visual branding and promotion/advertising cost is 80% extra from base price.
For full use rights includes non-limited use of art for product making and reselling them (both physical and virtual products such as T-shirts, video games etc.) cost is 150% extra from base price.

I reserve the right to refuse order if I consider it contains themes that are racists, insulting,
or contains children in abusing or suggestive situations.

Progress description
Unlimited reviews during sketching phase.
I reserve the right to increase total sum payment if project starts to
require multiple revisions, additions or remarkable changes to original prompt after lineart is approved.I'll give updates in each process phase: sketch, lineart, base color and rendering (note. Rendering update is given in low quality and watermark before full payment). I won't proceed to next phase before getting aproval for done art.My average delivery time is 3-5 days, depending on size and
compelxivity on order, and also on other orders schedule.

Examples: Sky with clouds. Floor and wall with low quality texture. A light source like campfire or lantern. Character sitting on rock.Semi complex: More defined space than simple; A room. Low detailed forest. AND 1-3 detailed objects: bed and nightstand. Window with view.Complex: Defined large spaces with multiple obects, high quantity of details; City. Multiple buildings and street. About
MixedNuts-Collection was created in 2023 as a random(ish) artist name for me so I could pursue my long lasted dream of professional artist. I started digital drawing in 2022, but my artist career has been going on from 2005 with traditional mediums. As an artist I constantly make experiments with my way of drawing. For now I make 2D digital character designs, portraits and illustration. You can follow my art journey through my instagram, as I like to upload my recent works and time lapse videos of my work process.
